so yeah, whenever i go out and decide to drink more than 2 or 3 drinks (which isn't really that often) it seems like i always end up doing shots of goldschlager with my friend. she parties all of the time, so obviously it takes more for her to get drunk. but the last time we went out it was game over for me. we tried to keep it classy so we started with about a half glass of wine, then a french martini, moved on to a margarita. no shots at this point. got to the next bar and did a shot of goldsclager. then i had a vodka tonic, and before bar close two more shots of goldschlager. mind you, i was sitting down. this is where things started to get reallllly fuzzy. coudn't walk straight, friend had to hold my hand on the way home. got home, fell bc the lights were off when i got back. bf was sleeping, woke up. this is where i blacked out i'm pretty sure. apparently he had to take care of me bc i was puking up the risotto i ate for dinner earlier. when i woke up the next day he told me i was wasted and then i was hung over until approx 7 that evening. now, why did this happen? is that really so much alcohol....or is it just because i am 5'3'' and 120 lbs? why did i get so drunk???? i didn't like it, that's all i know. i would like to go out and drink socially, not get totally wasted. so what should i do if i try to take a shot...something that won't do that again. i also don't get drunk often like i mentioned earlier. .

Did I have a Tonic-Clonic Seizure?

Hey everyone! So the past week I have been stressed and emotionaly a wreak... Okay so I noticed on sunday night when I get into bed that my feet hurt real bad, feels like mucle soreness maybe.. I figured it had been from walking. So come tues night im with a friend and feel fine no worries or stess at that point in time... Then my feet begin to feel (to me) like they had a super fever to my touch, they where burning in numbness, they looked kinda purple and slightly swollen. So my friend (who is a EMT) asked to look at my feet. He said they felt like ice.. I lifted my legs and started to feel etreemly nasious, my vision slowly dissapered. The next thing I know im on the floor with a killer headache (i hit the desk) and my tounge is in major pain. I felt very confused because when I passed out I kinda had a dream but I cannot remember it... My friend said that my eyes had rolled back and I smaked my head on the desk and fell to the ground letting out strange noises and continued to shake shoulders and arms. He thinks o had a seizur but my dr says it was a fainting spell... Only thong is I didnt feel like it was jist a fainting spell. Afterwards I took my temp and the thermomedor read 95.3. I also had a very bad headache that i decribed as a numb hat, and backpain. Anyone have any ideas?

How do you delete partitions on a USB Flash Drive?

I recently used an 8gb sandisk flash drive to try out the newest version of Hexxeh's Flow build of chromium os. As part of the process I had to write an img file to my flash drive that was about 1.6gb large. However, now I want to have my normal flash drive back but the thing is partitioned weirdly because of the image. I've figured out that I have 3 separate partitions on my flash drive. 1 is 256mb one is 1.6gb and the rest is just unused storage space. I want to delete the other partitions and just have on 8gb partition on my flash drive. However, windows vista doesn't let you have more than 1 partition of a flash drive and it only sees the 256mb one. It also won't let me delete the partitions off the flash drive. If anyone knows a free way to get rid of partitions on a flash drive please let me know.

I just copied a 130GB folder of stuff onto an external disk. I moved the folder to a subfolder within the same disk. Now it wants to copy the entire 130GB all over again for 3 hours? That makes no sense.

I was really nervous and messed up the scales big time. I completely forgot to to play one of the scales and the staccato scale. Using linux for my temporary OS on new computer build?

Hi I am building a new computer and I am trying to save some money by instead of getting windows, using Linux on it because it is free. I am just not sure if that is okay to use linux as the first use OS. I know how I can get it on there by using a different computer but will it be alright to use it for the first couple months and when "I get the extra money, buying windows 7 then using that. Will there be any problems considering BIOS, hardware etc?

I'm 20 years old female. I been seizure free since the age 12. I stop taking my anti convulsive drug Tegretol (Carbamazepine) at age 14. Ever since then I haven't had not 1 seizure since till today. I used to have Rolandic seizures (seizures only during night or sleep). I was first diagnosed at age 3. I used to have Tonic clonic, Simple Partial, Complex Partial, and Absences. I'm still scared if my seizures could haunt me again. I was also diagnosed with Static Encephalopathy. It's says 20 old female with static encephalopathy manifest by learning disabilities and seizures. I only had mild learning disability. My neurologist never explained to mean about it. Also I heard there are people with epilepy and learning disability and doesn't have Static encephalopathy. What is the difference?

The apple apps on my imac have crashed.?

I loaded my mac up yesterday and when I tried opening any apple software such as safari, pages, mail etc they just bounced once in the dock and then did nothing. The problem is occurring on all profiles on the mac. I have an inkling that it could have been caused by the fact that I opened iphoto before I turned the system off and clicked to repair the library at which I had to force quit the program as it was not responding. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? All the other programs are working fine that aren't made by apple: such as firefox. My operating system is Mac OS X version 10.6.8. Thanks.

What is the best/most stable linux distro for dual boot with win7 on my lenovo g560?

I just bought a lenovo g560 w/ 600gb hdd, 4 gb ram, igb radeon graphics card (switchable) and windows 7 os on Intels' i5 sandybridge chip. I have been using ubuntu on my older laptop before. I failed in dual booting with windows 7 with my new one both worked the first time, but after restarting again Ubuntu 11.04 just gives me a black screen of death everytime, windows 7 works fine thou. I searched and found out that that ubuntu has a problem with either i5 sandybridge or the graphics card thing. I would like to know if there are other available distros that would be much more stable for dual boot.

Possible seizures during food poisoning - need urgent, medical advice?

My boyfriend came down with what we think is food poisoning about 6 hours ago. We think the cause was some fast-food left over from yesterday that had been left out. He is no longer vomiting and can keep down small amounts of water. However, he has lost much more liquid than he has been able to take in. I have not tried to give him any toast or crackers because he says it will be too rough on his throat. He has not been running a fever. In the past 3 or 4 hours he's had what looks like a tonic-clonic seizure while having diarrhea. This has happened 4 times now and has all the symptoms of tonic-clonic seizure, but lasts around 20 seconds each time. In-between these he has been sleeping in bed. I don't know if he's actually seizing or fainting or if I need to take him to the emergency room. We are uninsured and cannot afford to go to the ER, but these seizures are very alarming and I need to do whatever is best for him. I need to know if he needs to be taken to the hospital or if he will be alright without immediate medical attention. Thank you.

Epilepsy and driving?

This is a question nobody can answer for you. I can only tell you about my experiences. I do have epilepsy, I don't drive much. About 9 years ago I did have a seizure behind the wheel, I hadn't slept enough which is a trigger for me. After that I stopped driving for a few months, but I was cleared to drive right away. Later when I had a lot of seizures within a few months time I stopped driving under doctors orders, he changed my medicine and after a year he signed off on me driving. I still don't drive much because I don't want to chance it. Just make sure you take your medicine and have confidence in your doctor and yourself. Bottom line if you're not comfortable driving then don't do it.

How do I clear my hard drive of any personal info? (selling laptop)?

I am selling my laptop but I know that deleting the files and emptying the trash bin won't completely "erase" all the files. In addition, I've cleared my internet browser's history, password and info. Is there a way to clear the hard drive of any personal info without having to reinstall the OS because no discs came with the laptop (no OS or recovery).

My 5 month old is always fussy, never content?

I'm wondering if anyone had a similar situation and what you did to help. My daughter is 5 and a half months old. She's never been content since birth! She fights sleep vigoursly. She sleeps about 5 hours a night getting up once or twice in between and she only sleeps about 3 hours during total during the day. She hates the car. She hates the stroller. She will only go in her swing for a small amount of time in the morning. She's ok with the exersaucer or jumperoo for only 5-10 minutes. She doesn't like to leave the house. I can't "let her cry" because she's stopped breathing twice and we had to administer CPR. She only takes her bottle when she's ready to sleep and I have to carry her around in the bathroom with the fan on... and she's getting heavy! She's been on cereal and vegetables for about 4 weeks but very minimal because she hates that too! She's not teething yet but we've tried hurricane gel and tylonel anyways. We've tried colic calm, gripe water, sleep tonic, music and the carriers which she also doesn't like. She was on prevacid and zantac for silent reflux but that never helped and seemed to go away. I'm desperate. I keep trying and trying and she continually dislikes everything and I'm exhausted. Doctor said she's fine just a high sensory baby? It would be nice if she at least liked ONE thing to help us through the day. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Thank you :)

How to fix "Error 3259" on iTunes when downloading large(r) files.?

I have tried to buy Inception and the first Pirates of the Caribbean through iTunes on BOTH my Mac OS X and Windows 7, but both times, I got error 3259, and the download didn't work. I can get songs and even TV shows, but never movies. Both times I have had to contact apple to get a refund, and they can't seem to give me a straight answer about how to solve the problem. In case this is relevant, the 2GB movies never even start downloading. They can't download a single kilobyte, while the 1.25 GB TV shows do it without a problem.

I cant hear out of my right ear?

so i was playin in a mud pit with my friend haha and she threw mud at my ear and im dumb enough to try and get it out with my finger which made it worse and then we walked up to wash the mud off and my friend used the hose to squirt water in my ear and that didnt work so we went to the bathroom n i spent a good 10mins tryin to get the mud out with a qtip and i think it started to bleed alittle cus i stuck the qtip in as far as it could go and it didnt help any. Computer can boot mem test from usb but will not boot any os?

I plugged in a second hard drive to install a linux onto it for a computer that did not support usb booting. When I removed the second hard drive to original computer it will no longer let me load an operating system. It just goes to cursor on an otherwise black screen. I downloaded ubuntu onto usb and it boots to the menu where I can select try ubuntu live from cd, and it also gives me an option to do a mem test. The mem test works as it is just simple text on the black screen like dos. But when I try to boot any operating system, including my windows vista installed on original hard drive and the usb ubuntu live it gets stuck on the cursor flashing at the top left of screen. Why does it do that and how can I fix it. I have a 2005 compaq presario

My windows vista keeps going to system repair and not finding problems, but keeps restarting!!!?

i tried going on safe mode but keeps doing it, and every other thing i tried, like recovery, rebooting, and of course, system repair, keeps restarting and going to system repair!!!, recovery said it was successful, and when trying to find a problem, windows said their was no problems!!!!! BUT IT KEEPS RESTARTING TO SYSTEM REPAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, this is what happened, it was going slow so i thought, i maybe need to restart, so i shut it down like i normally do, i press ctrl + alt + delete (because when i go to the start menu and click shut down, it says i need to restart windows normally, which mostly means, it didn't shut down right) i click shut down button on bottom right, it takes a little longer to shut down, i wait 10 - 15 minutes for it to cool down, it says something like, recoverying files and shows a bar in white, then goes to system repair, which it sometimes does this, but always use to go back to windows login, but now, it keeps restarting and going to system repair, my brother siad he just kept on doing it then i worked, but i did it for 20 - 40 minutes and it still restarts. i have another os, linux, on here, which i'm currently using, and it works just fine, i didn't download anything new except team fortress 2 on steam, which it didn't do anything, and i don't download any illegal songs or anything, I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

What wish granting organizations would grant a wish for epilepsy like hers?

My daughter is 14 and was diagnosed with epilepsy a little over 2 years ago. She's had it for much longer, but it went undiagnosed as simply headaches and daydreaming until she started having tonic clonic seizures. Her epilepsy hasn't yet been able to have been completely controlled (tonic clonics only have reduced significantly) and being a 12 year old being diagnosed with epilepsy is very hard. She has had to give up so much because of her epilepsy and complications from it (gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, babysitting, etc). She seems to have stayed at about the same level of intelligence but now needs more attention and help from her teachers at school (she used to be 3 years worth ahead in each class). She has also become much less verbal (not that she can't talk, just doesn't like to and it sounds slurred) and is usually exhausted and losing her balance. Since she's had to make so many sacrifices and she's always in pain, my husband and I would like to give her the one wish she wants, or as close as we can get to it (she LOVES the show Victorious, she wants to meet the cast, especially Ariana Grande) but we're unsure of which organizations might grant her wish for her. We are pretty sure that make a wish will not agree to this as it is not officially "life-threatening" and we would like to know about any other options you know of that would attempt to give her her wish. Did I have a Tonic-Clonic Seizure?

Hey everyone! So the past week I have been stressed and emotionaly a wreak... Okay so I noticed on sunday night when I get into bed that my feet hurt real bad, feels like mucle soreness maybe.. I figured it had been from walking. So come tues night im with a friend and feel fine no worries or stess at that point in time... Then my feet begin to feel (to me) like they had a super fever to my touch, they where burning in numbness, they looked kinda purple and slightly swollen. So my friend (who is a EMT) asked to look at my feet. He said they felt like ice.. I lifted my legs and started to feel etreemly nasious, my vision slowly dissapered. The next thing I know im on the floor with a killer headache (i hit the desk) and my tounge is in major pain. I felt very confused because when I passed out I kinda had a dream but I cannot remember it... My friend said that my eyes had rolled back and I smaked my head on the desk and fell to the ground letting out strange noises and continued to shake shoulders and arms. He thinks i had a seizure but my Dr. says it was a fainting spell... Only thing is I didnt feel like it was just a fainting spell. Afterwards I took my temp and the thermometer read 95.3. I also had a very bad headache that i decribed as a numb hat, and backpain. Anyone have any ideas?

Why can't i ever steal the ball in fifa11 online for ps3?

i wanna start by sayin that i was always crazy good at fifa, i have been playin since 03. but since i couldnt afford a ps3 till recently im new to fifa11...i picked it up fast but when i play online, i can NEVER steal the ball from whoever im playin,(i play as r. madrid, or m. united) my players just run behind him while he runs at goal and puts one in the back of the net, meanwhile when i finally actually get the ball its gone no problem. also the same with headers, if its a cross or a corner im screwed they're going to score on me! what the hell is going on?!?!?! and when i shoot the goalie is always stoppin them, no matter how good i place my shot...now sometimes i play and will win 5-0, i've heard of people cheatin online but do u think thats whats going on here? please sombody help me!

MY LG RUMOR TOUCH WONT READ SD CARD!!!?

I have a Lg Rumor Touch and now for some reason my Micro SD Card is unreadable to the phone, now it IS NOT the SD Card that is the problem. The reason for this is because the card works perfectly in computers and other mobile devices but not my LG. Is there some form of being able to hack into my cell phones OS and do some configurations to the software. I have opened the phone to see if the SD slot was somehow damaged or somehow detached, but the hardware of the phone is fine. If there is some form that I can get into the OS through command prompt or if someone knows a logical way to fix this and by logical I don't mean, "just get a new phone dude." I would like a answer to this, whether that answer is I have the same problem or whether the answer is that there is a way/no way to fix this. Thank you.

I agree with the other guy, but if the bow and bowgun are out of the question as you seem to be a melee guy I would invest in a good ol' gunlance. Its special traingle circle move (I think its called wyverns breath) does serious damage and being in the lance family has some natural piercing which helps it not bounce off. If thats not your taste you can try dual blades, by using demon dance not only do you do more damage but your weapons will not bounce off the monster. Try bringing along some barrel bombs and shock traps which always work well together. And as the other guy said make sure to go for the chest. A hammer might be a good idea too, it'll smash that chest plate open easily, especially with superpound.

XboX 360 clicking noise while playing black ops?

Ok so theres no unusual sounds when playing any other game (that im aware of), but when i play call of duty, after awhile i start to hear this clicking sound coming from were the disk is. its fine in the begining but after a lil while the noise starts. and when i try to leave the section of the game im in it just goes black and never goes to main menu.. i can still keep playing the game but it makes me wanna turn it off to not cause damage so i save n exit or back out or whatever n it freezes on a black screen. My Xbox 360 is layed horizontal no standing up, and the disk is not especially scratched any more then the little bit thats normal after playin for 6 months.. does anyone know what is causing this, or better yet how to fix it???

The only problem is that it's advertised under the name "Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 32-bit - OEM". I know I'm running a 32-bit system, and I think that the fact that I'm running SP3 on my current OS doesn't matter, but I can't get my head around the "OEM". My guess is its more than one thing and should have a blood test for lupus or other autoimmune diseases. Also should be referred to a neurologist for you abnormal eeg and seizures. I chose my key then make scale on the area i want on the piano or guitar and then i get confused on the process of using it. Im guessing its just playing the tonic root note to the octave over until you hear or the note you want and start building on to rhe melody your creating. Or use modes to change the root note so you don't have to start or go back to the tonic with out changing the key or interval patterns and use chords or arpeggios inside them and eventualy it will the notes will come natrualy so you can play freestyle and shred.
