Need help passing Fear 2?

i started playin it yestersay but its hella scary and i have 3 trophies till now. I wanna know how long it took u to pass it? And i dont understand exactly what happened in the game?? no i didnt play the first part so i wanna know what happened in that faculty and are there 2 of them? A girl and a woman? Or they all one person?
