Everything is always crashing! And no one can fix it?

Is this guy under warranty? I hope after 1 year you don't have to pay for these repairs. If you are paying for it then um.....yeah. Those temps are within the safe zone for any CPU on the consumer market today. Have you checked your GPU temp. If the problems persist I would ask for a replacement.
