Help!!!!!! Budgie bleeding?

I was playin with my budgie and I pluck one of his feathers(on accident) and now it's bleeding. He's bleeding just a little bird tiny drop after tiny drop. I don't don't have things stop it from bleeding. How do I stop him from bleeding.
