Blackberry Dead Help!?

I normally take a shower while music is playin on my bb and press the trackpad but sometimes my hands are wet but i didnt think it was gion to be a problem but this morning i tapped the trackpad ones but my hands were wet then the trackpad stopped working but i could click but no movement then iwent to work and i got my phone out for lunch and it was completely dead i rebooted it but no red light ! some one please help me
