My mother is secretly drinking alcohol?

I knew she drunk but it was only really when we went out for dinner and it was only one glass of wine. My father does not drink at all. When she goes out I sneak into her room and in her wardrobe she had several empty wine bottle and vodka and tonic bottles. She has never appeared drunk before and her personality is no different. What should I do?
