Is it legal or is he playin us?

Ok we got stopped by the cops and he found a bowl and aome resign which he accused us of it being heroin ????? It wasnt but he arrested us kind of pressured us into turning our dealer in but what I wanna kno is he took 200 out of my wallet and is holding it is this legal I kno hes a cop but it doesnt seem right to me
