Transformers 3: dark of the moon for ps3?

so... beat the game an i was told i'd have ratchet an shockwave unlocked as mulitplayer chars well i got my ratchet which i love using but no shockwave for deceptions wat do i do for shockwave? see ppl playin em but idk
