Im 18 and i live in my bedroom i hate my life only time i leave is when i go to work..?

im 18 years old and the only thing i do with my life is sit in my bedroom in my spare time... or i go round a mates and spend my time round there sat in thier bedroom playing a bored game or playin on the computer... im not right... i hate my life... dont get me wrong i love my family and friends but i need a change... its not normal for an 18 year old to live in my bedroom... HELP ME!!!
