I have a virs and dont know how to get rid of it i have a lil notebook?

ok my comp don't take cds i have a lil notebook and it says it's a risk but it lets me get on the internet and stuff i don't understand how it a virus i''m all ways playin games and check email and fb thats about it i dont know how to get rid of it to plzs help

What does my dream mean?(part 1)?

Me and middle aged old man? (idk who it was) but we went into this forest and I was skeptical to go because I didn't feel right. We were walking and we saw 2 sets of tracks on the right were tire tracks and he said that's were people went in. And I saw on the left foot prints leading out. But we went in and I wAs scared. I think we were looking for house ( there were beautiful houses in the back ground) and some how we were in a trap. I was at the bottom on this hold but I was hanging by rope. He was above me and also hanging by a rope. But for some reason I could only see what he saw? It was like my physical body and brain were down hanging in that hole but I also had my brain in someone else's body above me. So we were hang and some people were throwing rocks on top on me at the bottom. I think they were yelling stuff but i didn't answer (me on top). Well I forget how but we ended up in my cheer gym? We have an office and place were they bult a bar you can set you stuff on top of. Well the guy (I could everthig going on in there) was in a bird cage and shap shifted into a bird. I (in my human form) was sitting at the bar with a few other ladies. Well all the "guards"? looked away and we ran threw windows and shape shifted into birds? But then I couldn't see what the man in the bird cage was doing anymore. We flew and we stop and shifted back and they all were my friends,they looked different than before we changed to birds. Then we got to the edge of the forest and we saw a last door and we all went in. And I don't remember how but a guy showed up (I forget what he looked like) but we all started playin hide and seek and we were in a place were it was very tiny and had a couple closets and a bathroom. So the guy would walk out infront of this window. We would all hide and I don't think he could hear us. I would always say run! And they wouldn't it was like they didn't want to go. And we did that a couple times. Then I had to pee so I sent him outside ...

Taylor Swift by a lot. Taylor is a good girl and very pretty as well. I have a calendar of Taylor on my wall; she's proof that girls don't have to be half-naked to be attractive. But I've obviously got a bit of a crush on her so I might be a bit biased ;)

Horrible Knee Pain! :(?

So, earlier I was outside playin an I acted like I tackled a girl I didn't like... (Yes, anyways..) an when I got up my knee hurt soooo effin bad! I fell with my nee bent straight on it... Maybe my PCL? Because I've messed that up before playin basketball an landin on it bent. I'm 16 year old girl.. I play softball.. I've had knee problems before an I tore my meniscus... I can't squat an put pressure on my right knee, when I do it hurts, but it hurts worse (to where I cry) when I straighn it out after I bend it while puttin pressure on it.. It hurts on the backside an down the top of the back of my calf to.. What could be wrong.. This hurts so bad! :'(

My computer crashed. How can I get my files?

It's just blue screening, won't allow me to go into the OS, not even safe mode. I need a bootable disc program so I can get in there and at least get my files. Are there any good free ones?

What should i be doing to help recover from heavy blood loss?

ive had a massive heavy period unusuall for me,,under the doc and waiting for tests and scans etc,,so no advice needed there but i need advice on how to get well. im exhaused and feel sick with the weakness,,ive been to the chemist to buy a tonic and im upping my fluids and resting as much as is possible with 2 kids. is there anything else i can do to feel better???

5 months gsd front legs bent?

i have a 5 months gsd pup, since 3 months i have noticed the front legs are bent. i tried many medicines as my vent told me but it has still the same problem. i give her calcium every day twice with growth tonics never missed a day since 2 months and i tried aracitol injections but of no use. and its very poor in eating. i tied pedigree weaning till 4 months and proifessional since a month. i love my dog verymuch and i love her eating tried many types of pedigree foods, but its very very lean, ears are not completely erected, it weights 9 Kgs now. it lost a lot of hair last week. i take lot of care but i feel very very sad looking at her. please advice me for a better growth and front legs bent problem.
