I have a virs and dont know how to get rid of it i have a lil notebook?

ok my comp don't take cds i have a lil notebook and it says it's a risk but it lets me get on the internet and stuff i don't understand how it a virus i''m all ways playin games and check email and fb thats about it i dont know how to get rid of it to plzs help
