5 months gsd front legs bent?

i have a 5 months gsd pup, since 3 months i have noticed the front legs are bent. i tried many medicines as my vent told me but it has still the same problem. i give her calcium every day twice with growth tonics never missed a day since 2 months and i tried aracitol injections but of no use. and its very poor in eating. i tied pedigree weaning till 4 months and proifessional since a month. i love my dog verymuch and i love her eating tried many types of pedigree foods, but its very very lean, ears are not completely erected, it weights 9 Kgs now. it lost a lot of hair last week. i take lot of care but i feel very very sad looking at her. please advice me for a better growth and front legs bent problem.
