gamers mostly use windows7 bcoz most games are build for the windows platform.for everday uses such as net surfing,in office ubuntu is way better than windows bcoz it has less boot time,less affected by virus,hackers.you can use wine to run CorelDraw and Illustrator in the ubuntu
