I think he likes me but im not for sure?

well there is this gut and we are always playin with each othr and messin around, we would be swimming and he is always all over me like trying to drown me pickin me up and throwing me in the pool, and just messin with me in a play way. he is always smileing at me and looking into my eyes and getting real up close like hes gonna kiss me but he doesnt. i wanna go out with him...but i dont know fo sure if he likes me.
