I read into thing too deeply?

K so heres the problem.. I will read into minor details too deeply and start playin different senieros over in my head.. How do i stop.. The thing is ive bn lied to b4 by people i thought i could trust... Turns out i couldnt and some of the suspession was true but that was yrs ago.. I wit someone else now and it bn great but i cant help but read into thing too much when nothing has happened
