Forgot BIOS password, What to do now?

Unplug the computer. Remove the CMOS battery. Then either wait a few hours or find the CMOS clear jumper. You will lose most BIOS settings including overclocking, but no OS data will be affected. If your BIOS offers the option to save settings to flash and you used that option, you can load the settings back from flash.
